נותנת לצעירים זכות והזדמנות שווה להשתתף בשנת המכינה ולאחר מכן בשירות הצבאי, ומחזקת את עתידם כחלק אינטגרלי בחברה הישראלית.</p> <p dir="rtl">תכנית "שיבולים" מיועדת לצעירים עם מוגבלות שרוצים להיות חלק מעולם המכינות. ההשתתפות במכינה קדם צבאיות היא זכות שווה לחיות חיים מלאים בקהילה ולמימוש פוטנציאל אישי.</p> <p dir="rtl"> בנוסף, מאפשרת ההשתתפות במכינה פיתוח כישורי עצמאות וכישורים חברתיים, הרחבת </h4> <p>מועצת המכינות הינה הארגון המייצג את 62 המכינות הכלליות והתורניות ומפעיל את המיזם החינוכי המשותף שלהן. מועצת המכינות מרכזת פרויקטים ויוזמות חינוכיות, מובילה את פעילות בוגרי המכינות, מפעילה גיוס משותף וחשיפה בבתי ספר בכל הארץ וריכוז גיוס בחו"ל, מגייסת ומאגמת משאבים על מנת לקדם נושאי רוחב בעולם התוכן לקידום יעדים משותפים בכלל המכינות הקד"צ.</p> <p>אתר זה הוקם על ידי המועצה לסייע להרחבת
