It is necessary to improve and develop the quality of human resources individually and in work teams to improve and develop the organization. This research involved all employees of PT. Kitadin Embalut Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. A total of 110 respondents were involved in this study. The data analysis used by the author is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hypothesis testing was carried out using multivariate analysis through the SmartPLS-3. The research results show that transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture influence job satisfaction positively and significantly. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational culture mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and compensation and employee performance. In conclusion, this study has identified factors influencing job satisfaction and employee performance. Teachers and Employees have a desire to be led by certain people who have a clear vision of the goals, understand how to realize the goals and try to teach them. The role of the leader in a school or madrasa is expected to create a sense of fairness for employees; Characteristics of leaders affect the work climate in an educational institution. Leaders expected by school employees are leaders who are able to provide job satisfaction to employees. This study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Using a sample at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assyaidiyah, data collection was carried out by distributing 64 questionnaires. This study is carried out in Amik Yapennas Kendari. Population for the research consists of all employees of AMIK Yapennas totaling 68 employees. Research method uses a survey approach. The sampling technique is a census with the unit of analysis being the employees at AMIK Yapennas. Analysis tool used to test the hypotheses is the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. Results showed that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. Furthermore, job satisfaction and work motivation influence employees' performance. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on work motivation. Finally, research proved that motivation and job satisfaction acted as mediating factors to the relationship between leadership and employees' performance. In this study, the use of job satisfaction and work motivation mediated the relationship between leadership and employees' performance. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diadakan untuk menemukan adanya pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasaan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan didalam institusi pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan riset yang terdahap survey yang diberikan kepada responden. Didalam penelitian ini digunakan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data utama didapatkan dari metode interview dan kuesioner baik secara resmi yang bersifat administratif maupun tidak. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 320 yang di analisis dengan metode deskriptif, uji validitas dan reabilitas serta di analisis menggunakan pemodelan structural equation. Hasil penelitian pada institusi pendidikan di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana hasil yang sama baiknya juga dinyatakan saat pengaruh tersebut dipengaruhi oleh mediasi kepuasan kerja dan dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Pengaruh dengan nilai tertinggi dalam pencapaian pengningkatan kinerja karyawan adalah faktor gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Teacher competency, lesson design, learning activities, and learning evaluation are all aspects that affect teacher effectiveness and help students achieve their educational goals. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate at the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, quality culture, and work satisfaction on teacher performance. This study is a descriptive correlational study that includes path analysis. A total of 221 participants were included in the study. Data was collected using instruments that tested for validity and reliability, including principals' transformational leadership (26 items), quality culture (23 items), and work satisfaction (22 items), while teacher performance was measured using teacher performance assessment. This research instrument tested the level of validity and reliability using the product moment person correlation test. The research data were analyzed using path analysis to see the direct and indirect effects between variables, by first doing normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests. The results showed that there were direct and indirect effects between the principal's transformational leadership, quality culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. The data analysis of this research used path analysis.
