And he says to them, Whose is this image and inscription? No other command is greater than these. <A name="33"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/12-32.htm"><b>32</b></a></span>And the scribe said to him, Well, Teacher, in truth hast thou spoken: for one God is; and there is no other but he: <A name="34"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/12-33.htm"><b>33</b></a></span>And to love him from the whole heart, and from the whole understanding, and from the whole soul, and from the whole strength, and to love the neighbor as himself, is more than all the whole burnt offerrings, and the sacrifices. <A name="35"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/12-34.htm"><b>34</b></a></span>And Jesus having seen him that he answered understandingly, said to him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God.
