<p>时代在发展，互联网技术越来越可以收集到更多的用户数据了。商家特别喜欢知道每个到访客户的点滴信息，比如上次买了什么，最近家里发生了什么事，小孩子奶粉是不是快没了，因为这样销售员就可以精准推荐商品了，越是精准，转化效果就会更好。</p> <div class="js-star yyp--fancyPost" data-id="45"></div> <p>记得有一些公司盯住了这个主意，研发了可以采集人脸的技术，每一个经过摄像头的人脸都会被补抓，并且智能打标，例如高价值用户、低价值用户、某某偏好用户，等等。</p> <p>可是，这是以牺牲用户隐私为代价的，用户的所有数据赤裸裸公布在大家的面前，换做谁都不好受。</p> <p>记得后面这个做摄像头的公司被判刑了。</p> <p>任何技术的发展，一定有好的一面，也有不好的一面。</p> <h2 id="toc-1" class="jltoc--item">一、微信是正面典型例子</h2> <p>大家都知道头条的厉害，越用越懂你，你喜欢什么就拼命给你推荐什么。而人天性就是贪嗔痴，所以给你推荐的都是大长腿的美女、如何快速致富、好玩搞笑的视频。</p> <p>微信在这方面很克制，看看视频号，你的每次点赞用户都看得到，人天性有在别人表现好的一面，每一次点赞，用户都看得到，所以我们更倾向于给有正能量的事情点赞。你想想看，是不是在视频号能够看到不少助人为乐的视频，但是在头条抖音很少。</p> <p>另外，视频号主要不是靠机器推荐，而是靠用户的推荐，用户好才是真的好。</p> <p>把主动权交给了用户，不做过多的干涉。</p> <h2 id="toc-2" class="jltoc--item">二、最小化的数据使用原则</h2> <p>有人说，微信现在也有机器推荐呀，但它是在用户推荐的基础上，作为补充，而且微信不会解析用户的聊天数据，也不会做大数据分析。</p> <p>按照张小龙的原话，这样让张小龙损失了不少广告收入，但这就是商业和用户隐私的权衡。</p> <p>每一次调用用户数据，都会有明确的用户弹窗确认，确保得到用户的认可，把主动权交给用户。</p> <p>在内部系统上，为了防止数据外泄，对于一些生理信息，比如手机号、邮箱、地址等，最好需要加密处理。甚至多系统之间的数据传输，也不能直接明文传输，需要用类似哈希算法进行加密后，再由对方系统进行解密。</p>
