It has become mandatory for the industries to become aware of latest and advanced manufacturing technologies and strategies. Leagile manufacturing focuses on minimizing the wastes and meeting customers’ requirements in minimum time possible. In earlier days, there were few sellers and limited numbers of buyers, so customers were having fewer options to buy the product. But today, the market is highly competitive and volatile. Industries are focusing on robotics, advance manufacturing methods like AJM (Abrasive Jet Machining), EDM (Electric Discharge Machining), ECM (Electrochemical Machining) etc., CAD/CAM, CAE to make quality products and market them in shortest possible time. Leagile manufacturing system is ensuring best available solution at minimum cost to meet the market demand. The modified medium does not require pH control as pH changes are kept within 卤 0.2 units of the initial pH 7.1 during fermentation. The siderophore production was optimized for the fluorescent pseudomonad strain in the modified medium containing 1% glycerol as a major carbon source supplemented with 0.05% succinic acid and 0.5% Ltryptophan. Indole-3 acetic acid (IAA) production was higher when L-tryptophan was used at 0.5%. The 2,4- diacetylphloroglucinol (DAPG) was higher with amended three trace elements in medium. The optimized medium produced 2.28 g/l of dry cell mass and 900 mg/l of siderophore at the end of 36 h cultivation, while the production levels of IAA and DAPG were 65 mg/l and 81 mg/l respectively at the end of 48 h cultivation. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Fluorescent%20pseudomonad" title="Fluorescent pseudomonad">Fluorescent pseudomonad</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Fermentation" title=" Fermentation"> Fermentation</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Metabolites%20production" title=" Metabolites production"> Metabolites production</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=PGPR." title=" PGPR."> PGPR.</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/cell-growth-and-metabolites-produced-by-fluorescent-pseudomonad-r62-in-modified-chemically-defined-medium" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/453.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">2001</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">2</span> Process Optimization for Enhanced Production of Cell Biomass and Metabolites of Fluorescent Pseudomonad R81</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=M.V.R.K%20Sarma">M.V.R.K Sarma</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Krishna%20Saharan"> Krishna Saharan</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Lalit%20Kumar"> Lalit Kumar</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Ashwani%20Gautam"> Ashwani Gautam</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Avhijeet%20Kapoor"> Avhijeet Kapoor</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Nishant%20Srivastava"> Nishant Srivastava</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Vikram%20Sahai"> Vikram Sahai</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=V.S%20Bisaria"> V.S Bisaria</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> The fluorescent pseudomonad strain R81 is a root colonizing rhizobacteria which promotes the growth of many plants by various mechanisms. Its broth containing siderophore (ironchelating compound) and 2,4- diacetyl phloroglucinol (DAPG) is used for preparing bioinoculant formulations for agronomical applications. Glycerol was found to be the best carbon source for improved biomass production. Splitting of nitrogen source to NH4Cl and urea had a stabilizing effect on pH during batch cultivation. Ltryptophan at 0.5 % in the medium increased the siderophore production to 850 mg/l. During batch cultivation of the strain in a bioreactor, a maximum of 4 g/l of dry cell mass, 1.8 g/l of siderophore and 20 mg/l of DAPG was achieved when glycerol was 15 g/l and C/N ratio was maintained at 12.5. In case of intermittent feeding of fresh medium during fed-batch cultivation, the dry cell mass was increased to 25 g/l with improved production of DAPG to 70 mg/l. <p class="card-text"><strong>Keywords:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Batch%20cultivation" title="Batch cultivation">Batch cultivation</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Fed-batch%20cultivation" title=" Fed-batch cultivation"> Fed-batch cultivation</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=fluorescent%20pseudomonad" title=" fluorescent pseudomonad"> fluorescent pseudomonad</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Metabolites" title=" Metabolites"> Metabolites</a> </p> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/process-optimization-for-enhanced-production-of-cell-biomass-and-metabolites-of-fluorescent-pseudomonad-r81" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Procedia</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/apa" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">APA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/bibtex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">BibTeX</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/chicago" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Chicago</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/endnote" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">EndNote</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/harvard" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">Harvard</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/json" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">JSON</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/mla" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">MLA</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/ris" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">RIS</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">XML</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767/iso690" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">ISO 690</a> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/6767.pdf" target="_blank" class="btn btn-primary btn-sm">PDF</a> <span class="bg-info text-light px-1 py-1 float-right rounded"> Downloads <span class="badge badge-light">2291</span> </span> </div> </div> <div class="card publication-listing mb-3 mt-3"> <h5 class="card-header" style="font-size:.9rem"><span class="badge badge-info">1</span> An Evaluation of TIG Welding Parametric Influence on Tensile Strength of 5083 Aluminium Alloy</h5> <div class="card-body"> <p class="card-text"><strong>Authors:</strong> <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Lakshman%20Singh">Lakshman Singh</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Rajeshwar%20Singh"> Rajeshwar Singh</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Naveen%20Kumar%20Singh"> Naveen Kumar Singh</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Davinder%20Singh"> Davinder Singh</a>, <a href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Pargat%20Singh"> Pargat Singh</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> <p>Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is a high quality welding process used to weld the thin metals and their alloy. 5083 Aluminium alloys play an important role in engineering and metallurgy field because of excellent corrosion properties, ease of fabrication and high specific strength coupled with best combination of toughness and formability.</p> <p>TIG welding technique is one of the precise and fastest processes used in aerospace, ship and marine industries. TIG welding process is used to analyze the data and evaluate the influence of input parameters on tensile strength of 5083 Al-alloy specimens with dimensions of 100mm long x 15mm wide x 5mm thick. Welding current (I), gas flow rate (G) and welding speed (S) are the input parameters which effect tensile strength of 5083 Al-alloy welded joints. As welding speed increased, tensile strength increases first till optimum value and after that both decreases by increasing welding speed further. Results of the study show that maximum tensile strength of 129 MPa of weld joint are obtained at welding current of 240 Amps, gas flow rate of 7 Lt/min and welding speed of 98 mm/min. These values are the optimum values of input parameters which help to produce efficient weld joint that have good mechanical properties as a tensile strength.</p> <p
