As part of Capago鈥檚 commitment in conducting business with Integrity; there is a zero tolerance stance to bribery and corruption. All clientele and employees are encouraged to report suspicions of bribery and corruption or seek advice on issues regarding bribery and corruption from the management of Capago.<br> Capago is obligated to report the possibility of any suspicious activity on our websites, within our branches and anywhere where it is applicable or relevant. Any internal or external personal found tampering with signage promoting the whistleblower policy will commit a punishable offence and as such will go under a disciplinary procedure as per the catalogue of offences.<br> The Capago bribery reporting policy provides all whistleblowers with protection for reporting allegations of bribery and corruption. Investigation is a structured process which is focused on the gathering of sufficient reliable information to enable an investigator to either prove or disprove allegations received. The results of such an investigation will dictate further actions.<br> Capago will commit to allocate all resources required during the investigation stage. The investigation stage will include the allocated investigative team, top management and any party whom Capago deems as relevant during the investigation. All aspects will be investigated thoroughly through this joint procedure. <br> The investigation stage will not be put on hold or stopped until a result is produced. The total period of this stage should be completed within 30 working days unless there is an outcome which needs further investigation.
