The story aimed to equip the students (and readers) with the tools to cope with life’s challenges during the formative years of their teens and early twenties.</p><p>Then, of course, came lockdown. Several years of it, too. If we're not careful, the effective incarceration of young people could be a ticking time bomb. Men’s Health is committed to producing content that can help address and counteract the potentially devastating consequences here.</p><p>We <em>all </em>need help making sense of the last few years as the longer-term repercussions gradually come to the surface, but particularly those who experienced Covid-19 during their most formative years.</p><h4><u>Creating space for open dialogues</u></h4><p>When it comes to mental health, no one has all the answers.
