services.</p><p>Adult men also have the fewest friendships of all demographics, putting them at higher risk of mental health problems and more likely to report lower happiness scores.</p><p><a data-entity-substitution="canonical" data-entity-type="node" data-entity-uuid="bb6bf2e6-75ab-4ec3-92aa-995d64bf8d99" href="https://www.hearst.co.uk/brands/mens-health">Men’s Health</a> magazine has a legacy of talking to its readership about the importance of mental health and wants to empower and inspire men to communicate and connect more, by celebrating the positive impact team sports and
