</header> <div class="entry-content free-content"> <p>לאה גולדברג בשירה הידוע סליחות מבקשת לכרוע על חוף הסליחה, הדימוי של סליחה כחוף, מדמה את היכולת לסלוח ולבקש סליחה כמקום ששבים אליו, מקום המאפשר יציבות שממנו ניתן להתחיל לפסוע אל  החדש, אל ההחלמה.</p> <p>לעיתים אנו גם מבקשים שיבקשו מאתנו סליחה, הרצון בבקשת סליחה מבקשת הכרה בעוול ובכאב שנגרמו לנו, ההכרה הזאת יכולה להיות צעד ראשון בשיבה אל תיקון היחסים ובניית האמון מחדש. בקשת סליחה אינה רק הורדת אבן מהלב אלא היא יכולה להיות תחילת הדרך אל הריפוי ואל ההשלמה. הסליחה היא חלק חשוב מתהליך התשובה, כפי שמלמדת אותנו המסורת היהודית אבל גם המורה הבודהיסטי תיך נאט האן כתב : "סְלִיחָה הִיא וִיתוּר עַל התקווה לְעָבַר טוֹב יוֹתֶר" </p> <p>בסדר הסליחות המסורתי ישנם פיוטים העוסקים בסליחה, בווידוי וגם פיוטי תחנון המבקשים מענה מן האל, באסופה זאת
