planning to double their staff, did not believe that remaining in San Francisco was optimal given the city's <a href="/wiki/Payroll_tax" title="Payroll tax">payroll tax</a>.<sup id="cite_ref-:6_6-3" headquarters location, and city leaders such as Mayor <a href="/wiki/Ed_Lee" title="Ed Lee">Ed Lee</a> brokered a deal that would give companies based in the area around the building a six-year period
