In such circumstances, we accept no liability for the variation or cancellation, but in the event of a cancellation only, we will provide a credit which can be redeemed as a delegate pass to any future Encore Media Group event within a 12-month timeframe.</p><p><strong>Force Majeure</strong></p><p>TechEx Events Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations, including cancelling or rescheduling an event, if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disasters; strikes or labour disputes; terrorist attack, civil unrest or riots, war, the threat of war or other armed conflict, the imposition of sanctions or embargo; infectious diseases, epidemic or pandemic, biological, nuclear or chemical contamination; any law, action or directive given or taken by a government or public authority; collapse of building, accidents, or fire; breakdown of plant or machinery; or the interruption or failure of a utility service (“Force Majeure”).</p><p>TechEx Events Ltd will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if an event for which you have registered is affected by a Force Majeure.
