If this is case for you, you will see the “Documentation Needed” message. </p><div class="w-embed"><div class="w-layout-vflex note"><h1 class="note-box-heading">Note</h1><p>If you would like to finish your application at a later time (or need time to gather documentation), SheerID will email you a link to return to your application.</p></div></div><p><strong>When this happens:</strong></p><ol start="" role="list"><li>SheerID requires that you upload documentation in order to complete your verification.</li><li>You will be prompted to drag and drop files or select documents for upload.</li><li>Once you upload the documentation, the flow moves to the “Pending” step - during this time the documentation you provided is reviewed to verify its authenticity.</li><li>During this time, you will see the "Processing" message on the screen along with a note that indicates your documents are being reviewed - <em>this may take up to 20 minutes.</em></li><li>Your documents are reviewed using an optimized mix of manual and automated document review methods.</li><li>You will be contacted via the email address you included in the application once this review is complete.</li></ol><h3>[Error] No Documents to Upload</h3><ol start="" role="list"><li>If you don’t provide valid documentation, after 3 attempts the verification moves to the “Error” step.</li><li>When this happens, the verification fails and you will need to start a new verification process.</li><li>On-screen messaging will indicate that the document review limit has been exceeded and you are then presented with the “Try again” button to allow you to start over once you have gathered the required documentation.</li></ol><h3>Complete your Order</h3><p>You may now continue with your order. As part of the TAP program, you are eligible to receive one free eero rental at the time of your install.
