Science","grobid_abstract":"Automotive Electronics sector having more demand due to day by day use of embedded system for different applications in car. Most of luxurious cars having more automatic controls like Airbags,ABS,ESP,ECU,ESP,climate control \u0026 more. Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) nothing but vehicle guideline provided by capturing images of the road. Intelligent driver assistance system nothing but provide the full assistance to the driver when drive driving the car on the road along with considering the traffic intensity \u0026 white lane detection. System consist of the camera module used to take continuous video streaming. This stream video store into SD card first \u0026 process this video by writing the script in python. Lane detection is done from the video by using the Hough Transform Algorithm \u0026 Hough lines. Design the system in such a way that by considering small Robot as the demo module \u0026 one is pilot car it acts as obstacle in all the direction. Detection of the obstacle in front \u0026 rear direction means it need different type of obstacle detector sensors to detect the obstacle. Ultrasonic sensor it acts as the obstacle detector to detect the any obstacle within the range of 4 meters. Full driver assistance provided by detecting the side lane by taking the video streaming by using camera mounted on the car \u0026 obstacle detection is done by using the Ultrasonic sensor module. It is possible to display the distance apart from obstacle in meter on the display. Display consist of TFT screen connected to the system to display the continuous video \u0026 distance from other car. All system implemented on the new platform Raspberry Pi Development Board having ARM1176-JFZS core \u0026 BCM Audio-Video Codec with operating frequency 700MHz.Board support TFT screen as well as the HDMI support[6].Vehicles need to be readvancing by video transmission among vehicles for safety and cooperative deriving. The video images captured from camera could help the driver to monitor the surroundings as well as transmit the compressed images over vehicular communication network Video over wireless communication has a lot of potential applications in intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Capturing the video is done by taking the continuous Video of the road lanes.Video streaming utilizes high bandwidth data links to transmit information. The highbandwidth systems required larger equipment, better line-ofsight, and more complex mechanism for reliable transmit ion over the network. The intended platform for the system described in this study, is to develop a software defined algorithm for automatic video compression and transmission. The proposed algorithm is able to robustly find the left and right boundary of the lane using Hough Transform method and transmit over the network. Therefore the limitations of high-bandwidth equipment become more significant in a tactical scenario. of advanced driving assistance system which can be able to identify i). Lane detection and assist system. ii). Blind spot detection and warning system (BSDW). iii). Forward collision and warning system (FCWS). iv). Pedestrian detection system. The primary goal of the developed system is to identify the above features in order to prevent accidents on the road and ensure pedestrian safety. Methods: The suggested method uses a canny edges detection algorithm is used to detect road edges. The input to this system is images captured by the camera with the help of the Open CV library a python image processing algorithm is created that tracks the lane. Histogram of Orientation (HOG) using the sliding window method is used for pedestrian detection. The control unit for the proposed system is Raspberry Pi module 3B, JSN-SR04T ultrasonic sensor and HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor has been used for (BSDW) system and (FCWS) respectively. Findings: Results demonstrate that the suggested technique can accurately recognize both straight and curved lanes using an edge detection algorithm, and is also able to identify vehicles in the Blindspot area. For any vehicle to be recognized, vehicle license plate detection will play a major significant role in this active world. For finding vehicles commonly used in field of security and safety system, LPDR plays a significant role and need to recognize vehicles registration number. The system includes a camera connected to Raspberry Pi which captures the video of moving vehicles. The number of the following vehicle is displayed and the vehicle image were viewed on a web page. The system implemented can be used to improve road safety. I. INTRODUCTION Safe driving is the responsibility of all individuals who operate a vehicle on roads. The rules of the road must be obeyed at all times and laws must be strictly followed. A motorist must ensure the safety of all passengers who are riding in his/her vehicle and be mindful of the other motorist who share the road each day. Driving safety is very important particularly for women when they are driving alone in a highway or isolated roads. Women drivers are still regarded as more vulnerable by most criminals. However considering the safety of the driver if any vehicle is following behind with the malicious intention, just to alert the driver real time system is needed. Driving safety includes surround object detection, collision detection etc. A backup camera, also called reversing camera or rearview camera, is a camera attached to the rear of the vehicle. It helps to see the area behind the car when backing up. ADAS algorithms estimates the time to potential collision (TTC) with the vehicle coming from behind, which can be seen by the driver using rear-view camera[2]. ALPR is still an open problem because of the huge diversity in image Acquisition state (lightning condition, capturing angle, distance from camera, clarity and quality of image in terms of resolution of pixels) and Number plate (NP) format, which differs for different countries[3]. The real-time vehicle detection and tracing is essential for intelligent road routing, road traffic control, road planning and so on. Recently, vehicle recognition system is used to detect the vehicles or detect the traffic lanes [6-10] or classify the type of vehicle class on highway roads like cars, motorbikes, vans, heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), buses and etc. Due to exponential growth in number of vehicles, VLPR is needed in automated traffic surveillance and vehicle monitoring[4]. In India, basically two types of number plates are used:-1) white background with black letters on plate. 2) Yellow background with black letters on plate[10].Vehicles are identified by their license plate which is unique for every vehicle, hence identifying vehicles using a license plate is an efficient method. With the increasing number of vehicle in today&#39;s world it&#39;s not possible to manually keep a record of the entire vehicle. There need to be a man standing 24/7 to note down the number. It&#39;s a time consuming process and require manpower. Number Plate Recognition is a special form of optical character recognition(OCR). The computer recognizes the string of characters from a vehicle&#39;s number plate.
