Bu çalışmada, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının, Türkçenin eğitimi öğretimi sürecinde öğretim teknolojilerinden yararlanma ve materyal hazırlama ile ilgili görüşleri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada; “Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının Türkçe eğitiminde materyal kullanımı hakkında görüşleri nasıldır?”, “Türkçe öğretmeni adayları, dinleme, konuşma, okuma, yazma ve dil bilgisi eğitiminde öğretim teknolojileri ve materyal kullanımı hakkında ne düşünmektedirler?”, “Türkçe öğretmeni adayları, öğretim teknolojileri ve materyallerini hazırlama ve kullanma aşamasında ne gibi güçlüklerle karşılaşacaklarını düşünmektedirler?”, “Türkçe öğretmeni adayları Öğretim Teknolojileri ve Materyal Tasarımı (ÖTMT) dersini yararlı buluyorlar mı?”, “Türkçe öğretmeni adayları öğretmenlik yapmaya başladıklarında özellikle hangi öğretim teknolojileri ve materyallerinden yararlanmayı düşünmektedirler?” sorularının yanıtı aranmıştır. Çalışmada, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları ile veri toplanmış, nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma neticesinde, Türkçe öğretmeni adaylarının, öğretim teknolojilerinden yararlanma ve materyal kullanımına yönelik özellikle öğrenmeyi ve öğretmeyi kolaylaştırması, birden çok duyuya hitap etmesi, motivasyonu artırması ve kalıcı öğrenmeyi sağlaması bakımından olumlu görüşleri, adayların öğretim teknolojileri ve materyallerini hazırlamanın zaman alması, taşımasında yaşanan güçlükler, Araştırmada elde edilen veriler betimsel çözümleme tekniği kullanılarak çözümlenmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma bulguları öğretmen adaylarının Türkçe derslerinde dikkat çekme ve güdüleme için en çok; açık uçlu sorular kullandıklarını, görsellerden yararlandıklarını, konuyla ilgili kısa videolar izlettiklerini ve çocuk edebiyatından metinler okuduklarını göstermiştir.
