evolutionary thermodynamics in order to arrive at satisfactory solutions for sustainable development. This is the most important challenge facing society today and the time is therefore right to make Ecology, like Physics, a theoretical discipline.</p> <p>The Journal covers all aspects of ecosystems and sustainable development, ranging from physical sciences to economics and epistemology. It also opens up new avenues for understanding the relationship between arts and sciences.</p> <p>The objective of the Journal is to encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary communication between scientists, engineers, economists, and other professionals working on ecological systems.
