Her expertise lies in effectively counseling clients on ambitious transformations, including hypergrowth, large-scale digital and analytics implementations, sustainability-driven changes, and leveraging M&A for transformation. Sandra has been instrumental in supporting multiple scale-ups and hypergrowth companies.</p> <p>As the leader of the Sustainability Practice in France, Sandra leverages her expertise in transformation to support global energy leaders through their transition and to guide green business building scale-ups. Recently, she organized the inaugural Green Business Building Summit in France, gathering over 100 start-ups, scale-ups, industry leaders, and green finance pioneers to explore the potential for green growth in the country.</p> <p>Additionally, Sandra has been a driving force behind our research into Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) within companies for over 15 years. She has co-authored the <em><a href="/featured-insights/gender-equality">Women Matter</a></em> series of reports, a global annual research project focusing on gender diversity and its correlation with performance.
