Rewards certificates and/or brand-specific gift cards must be purchased as part of a legitimate incentive, motivation, recognition or sales promotion program.</li> <li>Cannot be used for group programs or catering functions. Any stays exceeding seven (7) bookings on the same dates by the same client will be cancelled or rebooked under the hotel’s group rate. And all reservations must be booked under the intended guest name, with certificate serial numbers provided to the agent at time of booking. May not be valid where restricted by law.</li> <li>Minimum annual purchase of $10,000 CAD/USD whether in certificates or bulk gift cards alone, or a combination of the products.</li> <li>Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of certificates and/or gift cards is the recipient’s responsibility.</li> <li>Program purchases are not eligible for earning <em>ALL – Accor Live Limitless</em> points.</li> </ol> <p><strong><em><u>Certificate Terms & Conditions</u></em></strong></p> <ol> <li>Certificate is valid at participating hotels listed within the qualifying collection(s) and offering the room category noted on the front of this certificate.</li> <li>Hotel collection designations, room categories offered and participation are subject to change without notice.</li> <li>Additional charges apply for reservations requiring collection and/or room category upgrades.</li> <li>Not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.</li> <li>Each certificate is valid for a one night stay for two in indicated collection and room category, including applicable room taxes, plus resort levies and fees where applicable, full breakfast for two in the hotel’s all day dining restaurant (excludes buffets and alcohol), and related taxes and gratuities.</li> <li>Certificate inclusions do not qualify for earning <em>ALL – Accor Live Limitless</em> points.</li> <li>Does not include incidentals such as, dining, shuttle service, valet parking, activities, service charges, other taxes nor other expenses.</li> <li>Cannot be used for group programs or catering functions. Cancellation per hotels’ policy for dates of stay.</li> <li>Reservations are based on last room availability in the room category indicated at participating hotels (some exceptions may apply).
