Pharmacy residents take on the role of clinical pharmacists and provide care to patients in a variety of patient care settings under the guidance of skilled preceptors. Residents grow exponentially in their clinical skills and gain experience in teaching, research, pharmacy operations, and medication use policy and evaluation.
