The functionality of FAU's CRIS was constantly extended by several additional entity types in the last years, such as affiliations, research infrastructure, internal applications and more. Most of them go beyond standards like CERIF or ”Kerndatensatz Forschung”, but follow their general principles. In this paper, we present the current state of our approach in supporting FAIR research data management in our CRIS.
