data-text="true">על הרחוב הראשי של הרצליה, לכיוון מרכז העיר, קצת לפני, נמצא המטבח של ענבל. מתחת לכותרת השם של המקום כתוב "בוטיק השניצל והסביח". בוטיק, אין מה להגיד, זה באמת משך לי את העין, המילה ישר מחזירה אותי למערכון של הגשש החיוור. כמה פעמים חלפתי על הרחוב והמשכתי, אין חניה ואי אפשר לעצור ולאכול, אבל הפעם נכנסתי.</span></span></div></div><div class="text_editor_paragraph rtl" data-block="true" data-editor="7u0a" data-offset-key="933od-0-0"><div data-offset-key="933od-0-0" class="public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-rtl"><span data-offset-key="933od-0-0"><span data-text="true"> כמובן שהגעתי לאכול רק שניצל, היה כתוב "בוטיק השניצל", לא חיפשתי מנה אחרת בתפריט. לקוחות קבועים הגיעו אחריי, אני בינתיים עם העיניים למאחוריי הדלפק, מנסה להבין כמה שניצלים אני הולך לקבל אל תוך הבגט. אחר כך הסתכלתי על בר הסלטים הכי מסודר בארץ - היו אפילו שקיות פלסטיק על החומוס והטחינה ליתר ביטחון - טביעת אצבע ברורה של ענבל, טבחית פדנטית מאוד.</span></span></div></div><figure משפטים קצרים הבנתי שמדובר במקום משפחתי. ענבל דווקא אוהבת את החלק האחורי ולא לדבר עם הקהל, וזה מקובל עליי. לפחות היא יודעת את זה על עצמה, יש בעלי עסקים רבים שבאמת צריכים להישאר רק מאחורה, זה לא עושה שביקשתי נכנסו לתוך השמן הרותח יותר מדי שניצלים, ארבעה נתחים יפים שבקלות ימלאו אפילו חצי בגט, כי שליש יעלה על גדותיו עוד לפני הסלטים. עם המחשבות האלה חזרתי להסתכל על בר הסלטים, יש שום קונפי, סלט עגבניות, מלפפונים, בצל עם סומק, סלט בדואי חריף, כרוב קצוץ לא מתובל, סלט פלפל חריף קצוץ, אני יכול להמשיך עוד ועוד, זה לא נגמר. ננעלתי על השום קונפי.</span></span></div></div><figure data-block="true" לי חצי בגט, טרי ישר מהתנור, שתי שכבות שניצל לכל האורך, שום קונפי אמרתי? בצל עם סומק, בצל טרי, המון פלפלים חריפים קצוצים, כי חייב קצת לכאוב בפה בשביל הטעם. עוד הם רואים אותי מתחיל לאכול, הגישו לי צלחת עם צ׳יפס על חשבון הבית. הבגט היה חמים, לשניצל היה ציפוי עבה מאוד וקראנצ'י מאוד, ציפוי מתובל שמרגישים, הסלטים טריים. </span></span></div></div><div class="text_editor_paragraph rtl" data-block="true" data-text="true">שילמתי רק 40 שקל על המון שניצל טרי וחם לאורך כל הבגט, שבאמת מספיק לשני סועדים בקלות. זאת מנת הבית, ככה ענבל מגישה את הבגט שלה, וזה גם זול וטעים. אני הצלחתי לאכול רק חצי, שווה כל
