Le collectif HAMEB a décidé d'agir. Nordine Errais du collectif m'a accordé un entretien afin de m'expliquer la situation et ses différentes actions qu'ils entreprennent. Je m'appelle Nordine Errais, je suis le président, cofondateur de l'ONG HAMEB qui vient en aide au Rohingyas. Une ethnie musulmane Birmane, présente dans l'état de l'Arakan, à l'ouest de la Birmanie, persécutée par le régime birman depuis des décennies. J'ai commencé à m'intéresser à cette situation en 2012. Pour la première fois, on a su ce qu'il se passait en Birmanie. Je suis tombé sur un article avec un lexique un peu "bizarre" : cela parlait de minorité musulmane birmane persécutée, nettoyage ethnique, génocide, 200 morts... Au début, je croyais que cette information venait d'un site satirique, j'étais étonné que l'on n'en parle pas, car c'était un problème assez grave au vu des termes employés pour qualifier ce drame. En allant sur Facebook, j'ai vu une autre personne sensibilisée, et suite à une manifestation organisée sur le Trocadero, nous avons voulu avec d'autres personnes ne pas en rester là. Des manifestations, cela ne suffit pas, il fallait des actions coordonnées, structurées et utiles. Et de là est partie notre association. On a commencé à se documenter et constater que le problème était plus complexe qu'il en avait l'air. On a pu constater une ignorance au sujet des Rohingyas et de leur situation par les gens que nous rencontrions, que se soient dans les mosquées, nos proches... On a tout d'abord commencé par des conférences publiques. Aujourd'hui, après 5 ans d'activité, on a donné une cinquantaine de conférences en France, mais aussi en Belgique, en Suisse et avons développé l'association en 3 pôles : sensibilisation, médiatique et humanitaire. Après un bac L à La Réunion, une prépa à Paris (Henri IV), je suis revenu poursuivre mes études en Lettres modernes à l'Université de La Réunion. Après une maîtrise de Lettres consacrée à Cyrano de Bergerac (sous la direction du Pr. Jean-Michel Racault) j'ai commencé à enseigner en lycée : une dizaine d'années très enrichissantes. Parallèlement, en 2004, je me suis inscrit en DEA (mémoire sur les voyages interplanétaires des 17 e et 18 e siècles, toujours sous la direction de J.-M. Racault), et j'ai commencé à donner des cours en Techniques d'expression puis en Licence de Lettres sur le campus du Moufia, parallèlement à mon enseignement au Lycée Georges Brassens. En 2005, je me suis inscrit en doctorat, et, tout en participant à divers colloques locaux, nationaux ou internationaux, j'ai rédigé une thèse sur la littérature scientifique de l' Ancien Régime : Les Fictions à vocation scientifique de Cyrano à Diderot. Vers une poétique hybride (dir. : J.-M. Racault et Aurélia Gaillard). Soutenue le 5 décembre 2009, avec mention Très Honorable et les Félicitions à l'unanimité du Jury, elle a depuis été publiée aux Presses Universitaires de Bordeaux. Elle est nommée professeure de linguistique et de sémiologie à l'université d'Angers en 1980 puis, entre 1983 et 1986, elle joue un rôle essentiel dans la commission de terminologie présidée par Benoîte Groult et mise en place par Yvette Roudy pour féminiser « le vocabulaire concernant les activités des femmes ». A.-M. Houdebine faisait alors suffisamment autorité pour imposer des travaux sur le genre au sein des sciences du langage ; mais pas assez pour parvenir à ce que leur pertinence scientifique soit pleinement reconnue. En 1995, cependant, elle est nommée professeure à l'université Paris-Descartes : la Sorbonne... c'est la consécration. Reste que ses travaux sur les femmes et la langue n'ont pas été applaudis tout de suite et que ceux de la « commission Groult » ont suscité un ferraillage d'épées dans les colonnes du Figaro, brandies par des hommes en habit vert plus énervés qu'affutés. Anne-Marie Houdebine a dérangé, elle tient à le souligner, mais pas à s'y attarder. Dans cette partie de notre entretien, elle évoque aussi le féminisme différencialiste et la valorisation de l'écriture féminine, auxquels elle n'a jamais souscrit. Et elle expose sa conception du sujet-en proie à une situation qui le précède, à des représentations de genre aliénantes, à une langue qui le parle tout autant qu'il la parle, mais aussi singulier, et quelquefois capable de faire des pas de côté. En effet, le Pérou présente 3 aires géographiques et culturelles, Côte, Andes et Forêt Amazonienne, dotée chacune d'une pratique thérapeutique ancestrale spécifique. Chacune se centre et structure également autour d'une plante dite " sacrée " , c'est-à-dire à effets psychoactifs, dans l'ordre : Cactus Sampedro a mescaline (côte), feuilles de coca (cordillère) et la liane Ayahuasca (jungle). Lors de cérémonies rituelles, les maîtres guérisseurs utilisent ces plantes pour induire des modifications contrôlées de la conscience qui permettent tant au patient qu'aux thérapeutes d'activer certaines facultés qualifiées de paranormales (voyance, clairaudience, télépathie, etc.) et ainsi d'accéder à des informations inconscientes qui se révèlent utiles à la thérapie. Ces techniques qui remontent au moins à 3000 ans, sous des apparences " folkloriques " , se montrent extrêmement sophistiquées et les guérisseurs sont devenus de grands maîtres dans l'art de pénétrer le labyrinthe de la psychée humaine. Si l'on suit les indications rigoureuses des experts empiriques en la matière, ces préparations végétales non seulement n'induisent aucune toxico-dépendance mais de plus servent traditionnellement à traiter les phénomènes de dépendance et toxicomanie. Le cactus à mescaline est très utilisé pour traiter l'alcoolisme de la côte comme l'ayahuasca pour les nouveaux toxicomanes à la pâte de base de cocaïne nombreux en Amazonie. Il existe également un catalogue très riche de préparations médicinales permettant la désintoxication initiale, la stimulation onirique, la relaxation, l'induction du sommeil, etc. Nous avons donc essayé de reprendre les savoirs empiriques en la matière pour les structurer, les systématiser, les proposer dans un cadre cohérent et acceptable selon les exigences médicales et éthiques occidentales. Il s'agit entre autres choses d'instaurer un dispositif thérapeutique qui prenne en compte la dimension subjective et symbolique traditionnellement ritualisée. Cette proposition suppose que le thérapeute lui-même ait suivi les étapes du processus d'auto-exploration, à la manière des initiations ancestrales ou de la formation psychanalytique, de façon à ensuite pouvoir guider son patient " de l'intérieur " , c'est-à-dire dans un rapport direct de subjectivité à subjectivité.
