href="https://datumedina.reform.org.il/olim-accomplishments/" style="border-radius:7px">להישגי המרכז לסיוע משפטי לעולים</a></div> </div> <p>החל משנת 1992 מפעיל המרכז הרפורמי לדת ומדינה מרכז סיוע משפטי לעולים שמטרתו סיוע וייצוג פרטני לעולים חדשים ובני משפחותיהם.  ציבור הפונים למרכז הסיוע לעולים כולל בעיקר ציבור מוחלש הסובל מקשיים בתהליך העלייה. בתקופת ההמתנה להסדרת מעמדם, עולים אלו אינם זכאים לזכויות שונות כגון ביטוח בריאות או אישור עבודה מה שהופך את חייהם למורכבים וקשים עוד יותר. </p> <p>המרכז מסייע לעולים אלו באמצעות כלים משפטיים, פעילות בתקשורת, פעילות ציבורית בוועדות הכנסת ועוד. מאז נוסד המרכז הוא העניק סיוע למעל ל-100,000 אנשים. בעקבות פעילות המרכז, אלפי אנשים זכו במעמד עולה ובמעמדות ארעיים נוספים, נהלי רשות האוכלוסין שונו ואף נוצרו תקדימים משפטיים חשובים ופורצי דרך. המרכז  מייצג את העולים גם לאחר הסדרת מעמדם מול רשות האוכלוסין בקשיים מול משרדי ממשלה נוספים, בעיקר משרד הקליטה והמוסד לביטוח לאומי. המרכז אף פרסם חוברות מידע לעולים בתחומים שונים.  </p> <p>בנוסף, כמחווה הומניטארית מעניק המרכז גם סיוע וייצג לנשים זרות שקיבלו מעמד מכח נישואיהן לאזרחים ישראלים אך בשל הפיכתן לאלמנות או בשל היותן נפגעות אלימות במשפחה איבדו את המעמד ונאלצו להתמודד לבדן אל מול חומה של אטימות בדמות רשות האוכלוסין של משרד הפנים. נקבעה הזכאות מכוח שבות לאלמנות של זכאי שבות. על פסק הדין הוגשה בקשה לדיון נוסף מטעם המדינה, וההליך עודנו תלוי ועומד.</p> <div class="collapse-wrapper open"> רפורמיים וקונסרבטיביים במאבק להסדרת מעמדם. </p> <p>המרכז מטפל באלפי פניות מדי שנה, ואינו מפרסם כמעט את דבר קיומו – העשייה המרובה של מרכז הסיוע עוברת מפה לאוזן.   </p> <p>בעקבות פעילות המרכז: </p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>במרץ 2021 בג"ץ פסק שיש להכיר בגיור רפורמי וקונסרבטיבי שנערך בישראל לצורך קבלת אזרחות מכח חוק השבות. </li> <li>משרד הפנים התקין נוהל המסדיר מתן מעמד לנשים מוכות שלא סיימו את ההליך המדורג בשל אלימות של בן זוגן הישראלי ובית המשפט העליון נתן פסק דין עקרוני שמבהיר את השיקולים ההומניטריים שיש לשקול בעת החלטה על מתן מעמד לנשים מוכות  </li> <li>משרד הפנים התקין נוהל להסדרת מעמדן של אלמנות של אזרחים ישראלים שנפטרו בטרם הושלם ההליך המדורג. </li> </ul> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>חוק השבות הוחל גם על זוגות מקהילת הלהט"ב. </li> <li>ניתנו פסיקות משמעתיות בתחום הסדרת מעמד קבוע בישראל מטעמים הומניטריים וכן בענין נטל הראיה המוטל על אנשים המבקשים להוכיח את יהדותם או קרבתם ליהודים לצורך עלייה. </li> <li>בחודש יולי 2023 בעקבות עתירה שהגיש המרכז לסיוע משפטי לעולים הודיעה רשות האוכלוסין כי היא מכירה בנישואי יוטה שנערכו בחו"ל לצורך קבלת מעמד עולה בישראל במסגרת חוק השבות.</li> <li>בחודש דצמבר 2024, לאחר מאבק משפטי ארוך של המרכז לסיוע משפטי לעולים, בג"ץ קבע כי המדינה תממן הליך
