If they have their “Profile discovery and visibility settings” disabled, then they have not consented to sharing their profile information and therefore, we cannot export them to the CRM. </p><p><strong>What is the candidate profile export security / privacy policy?</strong></p><p>If a candidate (LinkedIn member) has set in their LI profile settings to "do not allow export", then the Recruiter user won't be able to export the candidate to the CRM pipeline via 1CE. Note: only ~1-2% of all LI members that have the setting disabled (and do not allow exports).</p><p><strong>What happens to a candidate or applicant record in CRM if the member changes their LinkedIn member privacy settings after using 1-click export?</strong><br> </p><p>Records that have already been exported in the past become the customer’s data - and LinkedIn will not update/change that data.
