<p>如為由合作社持有的樓宇或由持有有效物業管理公司牌照的物業管理公司提供物業管理服務的樓宇,樓宇業主應依照不同情況委任及授權相關人士作為申請人代表,負責處理一切有關申請及資助計劃之事宜,請參閱申請表內附錄一《未成立業主立案法團樓宇申請須知》。然而,有關通過的召開會議決議申請「本計劃」的安排,樓宇業主可參考《大廈公契》或《合作社規則》的條款及要求。</p> </div> </div> </div>
