Once a publisher submits their mailing for your approval, you can approve, request changes, or reject the email campaign. </p><p><i>PLEASE NOTE</i> </p><p><i>It is mandatory for publishers based in the Benelux region or those looking to address audiences in those regions to seek approval from the relevant advertisers before sending email communications.</i> </p><p><br /> </p> <a name="How_to_Access" id="How_to_Access"></a><h2> <span class="mw-headline"> How to Access </span></h2> <p>To access the tool go to the <b>Toolbox</b> menu and under <b>Promotional</b> select <b>Email Campaign Approvals</b>. </p><p><br /> </p> <a name="Managing_Campaign_Approvals" id="Managing_Campaign_Approvals"></a><h2> <span class="mw-headline"> Managing Campaign Approvals </span></h2> <p>You will be notified via email whenever there is new email campaign that is waiting for your approval. The Email Campaign Approvals page also lists all existing email campaign approval requests sent through to you by your publishers.
