En tout temps, l’expérience totale de la guerre est l’affaire des combattants (en grande majorité, des hommes) mais aussi de l’ensemble des acteurs et des actrices d’une société. La guerre redistribue les cartes des jeux des masculinités et des féminités et, plus en général, influence et redéfinit les rapports de genre. Ce cycle se veut un espace pour poursuivre collectivement une réflexion à la fois diachronique, méthodologique, épistémologique et heuristique sur les rapports entre genre, guerre, violence et pouvoir dans des contextes culturels et socio-historiques variés.</p> </div> </div> <div id="annonce"> <p class="intitule">Annonce</p> <div id="annonce-1039159-fr" class="tabContent" lang="fr" xml:lang="fr"> <h1>Argumentaire</h1> <p style="text-align: left;">En tout temps, l’expérience totale de la guerre est l’affaire des combattants (en grande majorité, des hommes) mais aussi de l’ensemble des acteurs et des actrices d’une société. La guerre redistribue les cartes des jeux des masculinités et des féminités et, plus en général, influence et redéfinit les rapports de genre. En effet, que ce soit au niveau culturel, religieux, politique, économique et social les résultats des interactions entre les hommes et les femmes en temps de guerre changent. Qu’en est-il donc de ces mutations dans des cas d’étude précis et comment est-ce que les rapports de pouvoir et la capacité d’action des unes et des autres en sont influencés ?</p> <p style="text-align: left;">L’état de guerre, bien que pouvant se révéler être un moment de redéfinition des normes, constitue aussi et surtout un espace d’amplification des rapports de pouvoir propres à des sociétés patriarcales où s’exacerbent des rapports de domination déjà bien installés (le viol comme arme de guerre par exemple). La relation des individus et des collectivités à la violence sera donc l’une des questions envisagées lors de ce cycle de séminaires : comment les hommes et les femmes exercent, subissent et survivent à la violence en temps de guerre ?</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Les études se penchant sur le genre et le « fait guerrier » invitent les historien·ne·s à décloisonner le regard, à diversifier les sources et à interroger les acquis méthodologiques de leur discipline. Dès lors, ce cycle de séminaires, ouvert à toutes et tous, se veut un espace pour poursuivre collectivement une réflexion à la fois diachronique, méthodologique, épistémologique et heuristique sur les rapports entre genre, guerre, violence et pouvoir dans des contextes culturels et socio-historiques variés.</p> <p style="text-align: left;">Chaque séminaire de ce cycle en comodal sera l’occasion d’inviter un·e chercheur·euse international·e à nous parler de ses recherches en cours autour du genre et de la guerre.
