For over 20 years, the AC have aided physicians and other providers with resources for appropriate utilization of medical imaging. As patients become increasingly involved in their medical care, they have begun to read and interpret the AC. A selection of patient-friendly AC summaries may be found on RadiologyInfo.org at <a href="https://www.radiologyinfo.org/en/acs-index">Which test, procedure or treatment is best for me?</a> These summaries are designed to be easily understood by patients and the lay public.
