We are all very fortunate to know, and to be able to collaborate through social media, with such great people like Deadra and you, who share a common interest in genealogy and DNA ! I have concluded that DNA doesn't lie . If there are centimorgans that show that both you and I have 22cM on Chromosome 16 - then who am I to argue? We are cousins period - and I am very proud of that. The paper trail for me shows the 'journey' of our ancestors to get to where we are today, via their descendants - - but not all of us have the chance to know the paper trail of our recent and past ancestors - for various reasons. This is why I think that the atDNA results and matches are so very much important . I am honored to be your cousin - regardless of how close, or how distant.
