href="https://publications.waset.org/search?q=Vala%20Fathipour"> Vala Fathipour</a> </p> <p class="card-text"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p> We have modeled the effect of a graded band gap window on the performance of a single junction AlxGa1-xAs/GaAs solar cell.
