In my current projects, I am investigating co-expression patterns of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cell target antigens and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in primary and recurrent high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC). We are working on elucidating the role of tumor-infiltrating B cells (TIL-B) in anti-tumor immunity by performing single-cell RNA sequencing on patient-derived HGSC tumor samples.
