Of the three goals that employees track in the app, we recommend organizations support employees to set at least one for themselves. While we help employees develop their goals, we cannot (and do not) force goals upon clients. With marketplace services, sole proprietor coaches bring their own methods, tools, and processes. This outdated approach fails to deliver the consistency required for true coaching scalability and results.</p> </div> <div class="schema-faq-section" id="faq-question-1602689163891"><strong class="schema-faq-question"><strong>Is a “career coach” different from what a)plan offers?</strong></strong> <p class="schema-faq-answer">The a)plan approach is centered around the notion that people are holistic. A person’s career cannot be decoupled from their personal life and wellness. Clients can look at the video profiles of our coaches on our website and select one. Or, we have a team of matchmakers that curates pairings based upon the priorities and desires of clients. Both methods are highly effective, and we have a 97% success rate in providing coaches that clients report to be “trusted and valuable partners in their growth.”</p> </div> <div class="schema-faq-section" id="faq-question-1602689248146"><strong class="schema-faq-question"><strong>What if it’s not the right fit?</strong></strong> <p class="schema-faq-answer">Clients can make a lateral move to another coach at any time. We work hand-in-hand with the executive sponsor to create an onboarding process designed to optimize return-on-investment. This may include an initial group coaching session or introductory kickoff meeting, which can typically be set up within one week of our initial correspondence.</p> </div> <div class="schema-faq-section" id="faq-question-1602689278338"><strong class="schema-faq-question"><strong>Is it confidential?</strong></strong> <p class="schema-faq-answer">Our confidentiality agreement is with the end user, between coach and client. All of the Firebase services we use have successfully completed the ISO 27001 and SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 evaluation process, and some have also completed the ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certification process. Firebase services also encrypt data in transit using HTTPS, logically isolate customer data, encrypt data at rest, and allow for 2-factor authentication login security.</p> </div> <div class="schema-faq-section" id="faq-question-1602689305854"><strong class="schema-faq-question"><strong>What does team coaching add to One-on-One coaching?</strong></strong> <p class="schema-faq-answer">Team coaching augments One-on-One coaching by taking insights from One-on-One coaching and working through them with the overall team.
