Everything you need is in one place/system. The implementation of the system is responsive and its support team is supportive and always ready to help. We are able to organize reports and to separate various software programs to different groups. We can easily manage interface templates and the promotion options. We use the multilingual shopping cart so we can sell the software in different countries. I love the integration with Google Analytics code, because we are allowed to keep track of sales and to figure out why some sales increase and other decrease. The interface is straightforward to use with useful features. We spent little more money to get our SalesForce integration set up, but it was reasonable. We have never regretted that we move to Avangate, because it cut our costs dramatically and wound up with new opportunities. Before Avangate, we were investing in various e- commerce implementations.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It supports only software, but not hardware device that we sell as an accessory to our management’s classroom software. We would like full responsive shopping cart design option, because it is very limited. Because of Avangate being based in Europe, the banks add extra charges to customer credit cards. They offered great proposal and we couldn’t refuse. I have to say this is the best decision we have ever made for our ecommerce platform. Our platform is very flexible and more functional now. Its features are great optimization tools, they are great for customizing shopping carts and MyAccount. The program provides great reporting system and affiliate management. We use Avangate for Affiliate Porgrams and management, and we are very satisfied with its services. When a customer purchase a product via affiliate link we get email notification immediately. Other programs I have used in the past required me to log-in in order to view this kind of statistic.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The process of loggin in in the website is not as cleas as the logging in to the affiliate portals. To be more precise, whenever I click the login button I get an error message that the email I use doesn’t exist, at first this was very frustrating and confusing but at the end I realized that I needed to login to affiliate portal. That means that the VAT procedures for the clients are becoming complicated by time and the time spent for it increases. Avangate takes care of everything and after a core research, it seems that it is the only service tailored for the needs of the EU based companies (and most gateways are US based). We have different sites like ArabicOnline, LearnOasis and Arabiya.de, and Avengate takes care for all of them. Support is fast and effective too and our clients have not had any problems with the gateway.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Some of the back office GUI could be more easy to use.
