</div><div id="qx-text-1719" class="qx-element qx-element-text " > <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Familiarize yourself with the subjects of your Session and get to know the Speakers before the Session starts.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Contact your co-Chair prior to the Session.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Be at the Session room some 10-15 minutes before the Session starts and make sure everything is ready.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Have at least one question prepared in case there are none from the audience.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Observe the time set for your Session meticulously. No presentation should exceed the allocated 15 minutes and your Session as a whole must begin and end at the exact times set on the Programme.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Sessions and breaks will be running in parallel in three different rooms, so it is essential that they are all running on time.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Before the Session starts and before each presentation, please remind the Speakers to respect the time limit. By submitting the abstract, you confirm and accept that you are totally and solely responsible for any charges or procedures associated with use of copyrighted images, pictures or diagrams.</p></div> <hr id="qx-divider-5244" class="qx-element qx-element-space " /><div id="qx-heading-79550" class="qx-element qx-element-heading " > <div class="section-title"> <h2 class="qx-title"> E-POSTERS </h2> </div> </div><div id="qx-text-68178" class="qx-element qx-element-text " > <p style="text-align: justify;">E-Poster presentations will be available for viewing through e-Poster stations onsite during all the period of the Congress. The e-Posters can be looked up by poster number or presenting author name.<br /> <br /> <strong>Only e-Posters of registered participants will be displayed on-site. All the e-posters will be evaluated by a Jury from ESAM to Award the Best Poster. If you don't want to participate in that, we kindly ask you to inform the secretariat using the e-mail: <a href="mailto:secretariat@icam2024.com">secretariat@icam2024.com</a> </strong><br /> <br /> <strong>The 15 best posters will be presented on Saturday, 05 of October 2024, during the "Rapid Fire Poster presentation Session" and the author will have 5 minutes to present their work to the ESAM Jury. The best one will be announced at the Congress Closing Ceremony.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>e-Poster Upload | Online Web Submission Process</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">We strongly recommend that authors submit their finalized e-Poster to the Data Desk of the Congress, through the following link: <strong><a href="https://dd.rxf.pt/kiosk/?event=7" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">CLICK HERE</a></strong></li> <li style="text-align: justify;">The online submission platform closes on September 15, 2024.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><br />E-Poster Guidelines</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">All submissions must be made in MS-PowerPoint and exported to pdf format.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">The PowerPoint file must have the .pdf suffix to be accepted.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Only one file may be submitted per poster.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Posters will be viewed on 55’’ LCD screens (47.9’’ x 27’’).</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Screen ratio: 16:9. In newer Microsoft Office versions the default is 16:9. In older versions change the master slide using option design/slide size BEFORE you create your Poster.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Avoid using small images and text if possible. For images, you can use format .jpeg or .png with 72 or 96 dpi resolution and similar size.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Landscape format.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">The electronic poster sessions will have no connection to the internet therefore hyperlinks should be removed.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Animated images, animations and animated slide transitions are not permitted for Posters and will be non-functioning.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">No audio speakers will be available, so please do not include audio in your presentation Maximum 5 slides can be uploaded for each Poster (including the title)</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">File size limit is 50 MB.<br />The final poster will be subjected to quality control.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Final deadline for uploading your e-Poster: September 15, 2024</strong><br /> </li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> Please note that displaying pharmaceutical products or company logos anywhere on your poster is not permitted. <br /> By uploading your e-Poster, you agree to having it published in the official congress publications and on the congress following ICAM2024. <br /> You also confirm that any images, pictures or diagrams used for your e-Poster are not subjected to copyright.
