field--node-body field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item"><p>Skupina ad hoc Základné práva a právny štát je horizontálny orgán v rámci EHSV, ktorého úlohou je poskytovať fórum pre európske organizácie občianskej spoločnosti, aby sa stretli a podelili o svoje hodnotenia stavu základných práv, demokracie a právneho štátu v členských štátoch.</p> <p>Skupina sa vo svojej činnosti zameriava na kľúčové základné práva a otázky právneho štátu, ktoré sú obzvlášť dôležité pre občiansku spoločnosť. Koná tak prostredníctvom návštev vo všetkých členských štátoch EÚ a kontaktov s národnými občianskymi spoločnosťami a jej cieľom je upozorniť na trendy v Európe so zámerom poskytnúť základ pre konštruktívny dialóg medzi všetkými zainteresovanými stranami.</p> <p>Cieľom skupiny je podpora dodržiavania európskych hodnôt uvedených v článku 2 ZEÚ, Charte základných práv, ako aj v kontrolnom zozname týkajúcom sa právneho štátu, ktorý vypracovala Benátska komisia Rady Európy. Skupina sa zameriava na všetky práva – občianske, politické, hospodárske, sociálne a kultúrne práva sú nedeliteľné – a vzhľadom na mandát EHSV venuje osobitnú pozornosť právam, ktoré sú kľúčové pre občiansku spoločnosť vrátane sociálnych partnerov: sloboda združovania, sloboda zhromažďovania, sloboda prejavu (vrátane slobody médií), právo na nediskrimináciu a všeobecnejšia situáciu v oblasti právneho štátu.</p> <p>Skupina bola zriadená v januári 2018.</p> <p>Najnovšiu aktualizáciu pracovného programu skupiny ad hoc Základné práva a právny štát nájdete v pripojenom dokumente.
