field--node-body field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item"><p>Skupina ad hoc Základní práva a právní stát je horizontálním orgánem v rámci EHSV, jehož úkolem je poskytovat evropským organizacím občanské společnosti fórum, kde se mohou setkávat a vyměňovat si své názory na situaci v oblasti základních práv, demokracie a právního státu v členských státech.</p> <p>Skupina ad hoc Základní práva a právní stát se při své práci soustředí na klíčové otázky související se základními právy a právním státem, které jsou pro občanskou společnost obzvláště důležité. K její práci sice patří návštěvy ve všech členských státech EU a udržování kontaktů s občanskou společností v členských státech, nicméně cílem je upozorňovat na trendy v Evropě, aby existoval základ pro konstruktivní dialog mezi všemi zainteresovanými stranami.</p> <p>Cílem skupiny ad hoc Základní práva a právní stát je prosazovat dodržování evropských hodnot uvedených v článku 2 Smlouvy o Evropské unii, v Listině základních práv Evropské unie a v kontrolním seznamu Benátské komise Rady Evropy týkajícím se právního státu. Skupina se zaměřuje na všechna práva (občanská, politická, hospodářská, sociální a kulturní práva jsou neoddělitelná) a vzhledem k mandátu EHSV věnuje mimořádnou pozornost právům, která mají zásadní význam pro občanskou společnost i sociální partnery. Jedná se o svobodu sdružování, svobodu shromažďování, svobodu projevu (včetně svobody sdělovacích prostředků), právo na nediskriminaci a obecnější okolnosti právního státu.</p> <p>Skupina byla zřízena v lednu 2018.</p> <p>Nejnovější informace o pracovním programu skupiny ad hoc Základní práva a právní stát naleznete v níže uvedeném dokumentu.
