class="ds-related-work--abstract ds2-5-body-sm">Se investigó el efecto de la post irradiación con láser pulsado (Post Laser Irradiation; PLI) visible de 532 nm en coloides conteniendo nanopartículas de oro, los cuales fueron obtenidos mediante la técnica de ablación láser pulsada (PLAL) de 1064 nm de longitud de onda sobre muestras sólidas de oro inmerso en agua. El propósito de esta investigación fue buscar nuevas técnicas para la obtención de nuevas morfologías de las nanopartículas de oro y la utilidad de la técnica fotoacústica (PA) para la caracterización de los coloides con nanopartículas de oro (AuNPs). Como agente precursor se usó ácido cloroáurico tri-hidratado (HAuCl4.3H2O) obtenido a partir de oro metálico de alta pureza (99.99%) disuelto agua regia. Como agentes surfactantes fueron utilizados cloruro de bencildimetilhexadecilamonio (BDAC) y bromuro de cetiltrimetilamonio (CTAB) a una razón molar de 0,75 (BDAC/CTAB). aluminio producido por láser pulsado Nd:YAG, con longitud de onda 1064 nm, con una energía por pulso de 500 mJ y 9 ns de duración, a una tasa de repetición de 10 Hz. El láser incidió en un blanco sólido de aluminio (con una pureza de 99,9% ) en una atmosfera de gas de nitrógeno. El Plasma fue generado a Temperatura ambiente, la presión del gas de trabajo se varió en el rango de 3 a 11 mTorr, con una fluencia del láser constante de 8 J/cm2. El plasma producido a diferentes presiones fue analizado mediante Espectroscopia de Emisión Óptica.
