Naeem</strong> is a distinguished academic and researcher with a strong background in Finance and Economics. Holding a Ph.D. in Finance from Massey University, New Zealand, he specializes in areas such as Financial Economics, Business Research, Green Finance, Clean Energy, Commodity Economics, and Stock Returns, among others. Dr Naeem's academic journey has taken him across the globe, where he has held positions such as Assistant Professor at the United Arab Emirates University, Associate Professor at ILMA University, and Research Fellow at the Lebanese American University. He has also contributed significantly to the academic community through his editorial roles as an Associate Editor of the "International Review of Economics and Finance" and Senior Editor of the "International Journal of Emerging Markets." Additionally, he has served as a Guest Editor for reputable journals like "Energy Economics" and "Resources Policy," showcasing his commitment to advancing scholarly discourse. With a strong publication record, international experience, and proficiency in multiple languages and analytical tools, Dr Naeem is well-equipped to excel in the position of Editor-in-Chief, making valuable contributions to the field of business research.</p> <p>聽</p> <p><strong>Editor</strong></p> <p><strong><img src="https://aabr.com.au/public/site/images/AABR2023/eltayyeb.jpg" alt="" width="512" height="512" /></strong></p> <p><strong>Dr Eltayyeb Al-Fakir Al Rabab'a, Lecturer, Victoria University, Brisbane, Australia.</strong></p> <p><strong>Eltayyeb Al-Fakir Al Rabab'a</strong>, PhD is a Lecturer in Finance at Victoria University,聽 Brisbane Campus, Australia. His research interests are sustainable finance, ESG performance and disclosures, corporate finance, and corporate governance. He holds a PhD in finance, an M.A. in Finance, and a BSc in Management Information Systems (MIS). His PhD thesis examined the corporate carbon performance and access to finance in the context of Asia-Pacific countries. He contributed to national and international research communities, such as acting as a referee to some of the leading peer-reviewed journals and presenting papers at the 2021 FMCG conference, the Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics (JCAE) Mid-Year conference (QUT University) and the 2022 AFFANZ conference. He is also a member of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ). His research interests focus on the valuation of primary assets and derivatives, with emphasis on incomplete markets, non-standard preferences, transaction costs, and learning. He has made significant contributions in addressing the causes of the historically observed premium of equity returns over bond returns. His research has appeared in leading economics and finance journals.</p> <p>Dr Constantinides is a Fellow and past President of the American Finance Association. He is a founding member and past President of the Society for Financial Studies. He is editor or associate editor of several finance journals. He is currently research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research and member of the advisory board of FTSE Russell. He serves as Director/Trustee of the DFA group of funds and trusts.</p> <p>聽</p> <p><img src="https://aabr.com.au/public/site/images/AABR2023/stowe-michael.jpg" alt="" width="467" height="488" /></p> <p><strong>Dr Michael Stowe, Professor of Business and Health Care, The University of St. Francis, USA</strong></p> <p><strong>Dr Michael Stowe</strong> is a Professor of Business and Health Care at the University of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois, USA. His versatile credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) university, post-graduate certificates, and vast academic and industry achievements. In recent years, he has made substantial contributions at the University of St. Francis as a tenured Professor and former Chair of the School of Health Administration.</p> <p>With over 25 years of progressive leadership in Business and Healthcare, he has been repeatedly recognized for his devotion to pioneering new opportunities, transforming struggling divisions, and increasing enrolment and retention for his university鈥檚 programs.</p> <p>Professor Stowe has published in refereed journals in management, economics, and healthcare.</p> <p>While serving as chair of the Curriculum Committee, Professor Stowe partnered with my colleagues to create more than ten new certificate programs, three majors, and innovative updates to graduate and undergraduate programs to align with current college accreditation requirements and market demands.</p> <p>He led a cooperative effort with the College of Nursing to develop a Master of Science in Nursing Administration program鈥攖he first initiative in the university鈥檚 history. Within five years, the program enrolled an average of 35 students annually and produced $3.2 million in revenue.</p> <p>He worked extensively as chair in COBHA on program review and assessment plans to maximize compliance with external accreditors. He also participated integrally in the execution of the university鈥檚 Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM) process.</p> <p>His commitment to Business and higher education promotes the principles of respect, compassion, integrity, and service鈥攖he core vision upheld by The University of St. Francis.
