Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used to present the results. Descriptive statistics is applied to describe the demographic variables while for operational problems correlation was used. Finally cross case analysis present customers ’ perception about e-banking practices. Analysis shows that customer is not ready to adopt new technology that why their satisfaction level with e-banking is low. Internet speed and government policies are not supportive for e-banking in Pakistan. Due to lack of trust on technology and low computer literacy rate, customer hesitates to adopt new technology.: In order to promote IT culture in Pakistan, government has to reduce the internet rate. This research is conducted of 100 account holders of HBL in the Jamshoro district of Sindh Pakistan to find out the extent to which they are using the various services offered by the bank. Statistical tests are employed for the data analysis by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The logistic linear regressions models are used to anticipate the predicted variables. This study aims to understand customers&#39; perception towards the potential benefits and risks associated with electronic banking in Pakistan. This study therefore investigated the challenges of adopting the use of e-banking by customers. Using a descriptive study, this study collected primary data from 50 respondents from the banking sector in Kasama. The respondents were selected using a simple random sampling. The results of the study found that availability of information on e-banking, education level and the cost associated with e-banking were the significant challenges to adopting and use of e-banking by customers. This was consistent with most studies reviewed and in line with most theories such as the TAM, the TRA and the decomposed theory of Reasoned Behaviour. It was concluded that making information available would increase the number of customers using e-banking.
