It lets me create work tickets, contact maintenance technicians so they can resolve and close our a ticket. There are many other things that can be accomplished using this software and many other tools to use like the package tracking, which I haven't tried yet .</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The platform set up is quite time consuming. They asked us for so many information. Apart from that, it's price tag is pretty expensive. But since this software offers a wide range of capabilities, you can just get rid of other existing association management solution you have (if there are any) to save some bucks. Actually, having this one expensive solution can be way cost-effective than purchasing different systems. Any new user can easily learn the tool. This is also a complete package.
