首批产能，用来生产 iPhone 18 系列的 A20 芯片</a> </h2> <div class="m">据台湾地区经济日报报道，消息称台积电 2 纳米下半年量产的首批产能已被苹果包下，将用来生产 A20 处理器，苹果今年仍将稳居台积电最大客户。上周苹果供应链分析师郭明錤重申，iPhone 18 系列中的 A20 芯片将采用台积电的 2nm 工艺进行制造。郭明錤还表示，台积电 2nm
