<A name="6"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-5.htm#aramaic"><b>5</b></a></span>And they said to Moshe, &#8220;The people increase to bring works now for the ministry that LORD JEHOVAH commanded to perform.&#8221; <A name="7"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-6.htm#aramaic"><b>6</b></a></span>And Moshe commanded and called Heralds in the camp and they said, &#8220;A man or a woman shall make no more works for an offering of Holiness&#8221;, and the people were restrained from bringing. <A name="8"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-7.htm#aramaic"><b>7</b></a></span>And the service was enough to make all the work, and there was a surplus.<p> <A name="9"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-8.htm#aramaic"><b>8</b></a></span>And all the wise in heart worked and they made the work of the Tabernacle of ten curtains of fine woven white linen, the blue fringes and purple and dye of scarlet, the Cherubim, the work of a craftsman they made them. <A name="10"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-9.htm#aramaic"><b>9</b></a></span>The length of one curtain was twenty and eight cubits, and its width four cubits; the measure of one curtain was the same for all the curtains. <A name="11"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-10.htm#aramaic"><b>10</b></a></span>And they joined five curtains as one and five curtains they joined one to one. <A name="12"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-11.htm#aramaic"><b>11</b></a></span>And they made curtain loops of blue fringes on the edge of one curtain from the side of the selvedge and thus they made in its edge of the curtain from the side of another selvedge. <A name="13"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-12.htm#aramaic"><b>12</b></a></span>Fifty loops they made for one curtain and fifty loops they made on the side of one curtain in another selvedge, bringing together loops, one against another. <A name="14"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-13.htm#aramaic"><b>13</b></a></span>And they made fifty clasps of gold and they joined a curtain, one on one, with a clasp, and it was one Tabernacle.<p> <A name="15"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-14.htm#aramaic"><b>14</b></a></span>And they made a curtain of hair to spread out on the Tabernacle; they made them eleven curtains. <A name="16"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-15.htm#aramaic"><b>15</b></a></span>The length of this curtain was thirty cubits and the width of one curtain, four cubits, one measure for eleven curtains. <A name="17"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-16.htm#aramaic"><b>16</b></a></span>And they joined five curtains as one and six curtains as one. <A name="18"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-17.htm#aramaic"><b>17</b></a></span>And they made loops: fifty loops on the edge of the curtain, from the side of the selvedge, and fifty loops they made on the edge of the curtain in the other selvedge. <A name="19"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-18.htm#aramaic"><b>18</b></a></span>And they made fifty clasps of brass for the packing up of the Tabernacle to be a unit.<p> <A name="20"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-19.htm#aramaic"><b>19</b></a></span>And they made a covering for the Tabernacle: skins of rams that are dyed red and a covering of leather of sky blue from above.<p> <A name="21"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-20.htm#aramaic"><b>20</b></a></span>And they made boards for the Tabernacle of wood of the box tree, standing up. <A name="22"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-21.htm#aramaic"><b>21</b></a></span>Ten cubits, the length of one board, and a cubit and half a cubit, the width of one board. <A name="23"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-22.htm#aramaic"><b>22</b></a></span>Two sockets to one board, and two sockets to one board, upright, one against one, thus they made all the boards of the Tabernacle. <A name="24"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-23.htm#aramaic"><b>23</b></a></span>And they made boards for the Tabernacle; twenty boards of the south wind side: <A name="25"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-24.htm#aramaic"><b>24</b></a></span>And forty sockets of silver they made under the twenty boards; two for side sockets under one board for its two hinges, and two sockets under one board for its two hinges. <A name="26"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-25.htm#aramaic"><b>25</b></a></span>And for another side of the Tabernacle, for the side of the north wind they made twenty boards. <A name="27"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-26.htm#aramaic"><b>26</b></a></span>And forty sockets of silver: two sockets under one board and two sockets under another board. <A name="28"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-27.htm#aramaic"><b>27</b></a></span>And for the outer skirts of the Tabernacle, from the west they made six boards. <A name="29"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-28.htm#aramaic"><b>28</b></a></span>And two boards they made for the corners of the Tabernacle on their outer skirts. <A name="30"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/parallel/exodus/36-29.htm#aramaic"><b>29</b></a></span>And they were doubled from beneath and their tops coupled together on one ring;
