无论何种情况，地勤公司均不对客人的个人物品承担责任，客人携带个人物品进入贵宾室，则风险自担。 </p><p>3.6 地勤公司或其代表向客人提供所有有关机场服务或航班详情的信息、建议和意见，但并不承担责任。</p><p>3.7 对于因提供贵宾室服务而引起或与之有关的所有诉讼、控告、索赔、要求、费用、收费或开支（不论是由客人还是第三者提出），客人须向地勤公司、其雇员、分包商及代理人作出全数赔偿：</p><p>(a) 超出上文第 3.2 条中所列地勤公司的责任；及</p><p>(b) 直接或间接因客人的作为或不作为、故意不当行为或疏忽所致。 </p><p><strong>4. 不可抗力 </strong></p><p>4.1
