We are a private, not-for-profit foundation seated in Lausanne, Switzerland and headquartered in Montreal, Canada. </p> <p>These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of, through any means, including web and mobile, (a) our website (<a href="https://wada-ama.org">wada-ama.org</a>), (b) other digital platforms we manage, including the <a href="https://quiz.wada-ama.org/">PlayTrue Quiz</a>, <a href="https://connect.wada-ama.org/home.php">WADAConnect</a>, and <a href="https://grants.wada-ama.org/science/home">WADAGrants</a>), unless more specific terms of use apply (collectively, Platforms), and (c) any newsletters, social media content, resources, text, pictures, media, text, information or other materials we make available to you through these Platforms (“Content”). You will not, without our prior written permission, use the Platforms for any purpose other than to access and use the Content we make available through the Platforms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not (and will not attempt to) directly or indirectly:</p> <p>(a) send, upload, collect, transmit, store, use, post, publish or otherwise communicate on the Platforms any data, information, pictures, videos, audio or other materials or content that: <br /> (i) contains any computer viruses, worms, malicious code, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data;<br /> (ii) you do not have the lawful right to send, upload, collect, transmit, store, use, post, publish or otherwise communicate; <br /> (iii) is false, intentionally misleading, or impersonates any other person; <br /> (iv) is defamatory, bullying, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or offensive, or that contains pornography, nudity, or graphic or gratuitous violence, or that promotes violence, racism, discrimination, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; <br /> (v) is harmful to minors in any way or targeted at minors;<br /> (vi) infringes, violates, or otherwise misappropriates the intellectual property or other rights of any third party (including any moral right, privacy right or right of publicity); or<br /> (vii) encourages any conduct that may violate any applicable laws or would give rise to civil or criminal liability;</p> <p>(b) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, disassemble, or de-compile the Platforms or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to discover any source code; </p> <p>(c) link to the Platforms in any way that is illegal or damages our reputation or takes advantage of it, or in any way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, or in any website that is not owned by you; </p> <p>(d) attempt to gain unauthorised access, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Platforms or any Content contained in the Platforms, the server on which the Platforms are stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Platforms; </p> <p>(e) disable, overly burden, impair, or otherwise interfere with servers or networks connected to the Platforms (e.g. denial of service attacks) or with any activity being conducted on or through the Platforms; </p> <p>(f) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks, documentation, warranties, or disclaims, or any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights notices of WADA or any third party supplier;</p> <p>(g) publish, market, advertise, or in any way distribute Content without giving us appropriate credit for the Content;</p> <p>(h) modify without our permission or sell the Content in any way;</p> <p>(i) authorize, permit, enable, induce or encourage any third party to do the above.</p> <p>We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms immediately if you breach any of the foregoing restrictions set out in this Section 7.</p> </div> </div> </section> <section class="wysiwyg-col-1-module block-margin" data-rad-id="wysiwyg-col-1-module-537" id="paragraph-537"> <div class="layout-wrapper layout-wrapper-ww"> <div class="layout-wysiwyg"> <p class="h2">8.Communications Not Confidential</p> <p>We do not guarantee the confidentiality of any communications made by you through the Platforms. At any time, WADA may: (i) suspend or terminate your rights to access or use the Platforms; or (ii) terminate these Terms; if WADA in good faith believes that you have used the Platforms in breach of Section 7, have engaged in fraudulent activity, or have otherwise been in violation of these Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time and with immediate effect by ceasing use of the Platforms and deleting any relevant account. You acknowledge that you may be required to accept terms of use applicable to third party content, websites, services, or systems and agree to accept and comply with any such terms of use.</p> <p>(a) Apple</p> <p>If a mobile application version of the Platforms is provided to you through the Apple Inc.
