L’IHA et le Centre de recherches sur les politiques sociales (CREPOS) offrent trois (à quatre) bourses de doctorat pour une période de 24 mois (prolongeable de 12 mois après une évaluation positive). L’appel concerne des jeunes chercheurs et chercheuses en cours d’inscription ou en première année de thèse. Les disciplines éligibles sont, en particulier, l’histoire, la sociologie, la science politique, l’anthropologie, la philosophie, la géographie, les sciences des religions et d’autres disciplines proches.</p> </div> </div> <div id="annonce"> <p class="intitule">Inserat</p> <div id="annonce-433816-fr" class="tabContent" lang="fr" xml:lang="fr"> <h1>Présentation</h1> <p>L’Institut historique allemand (IHA) et le Centre de recherches sur les politiques sociales (CREPOS) offrent trois (à quatre) bourses de doctorat pour une période de 24 mois (prolongeable de 12 mois après une évaluation positive) dont au minimum une sera attribuée à un/e résident/e du Sénégal. L’appel concerne des jeunes chercheurs et chercheuses en cours d’inscription ou en première année de thèse. Les disciplines éligibles sont, en particulier, l’histoire, la sociologie, la science politique, l’anthropologie, la philosophie, la géographie, les sciences des religions et d’autres disciplines proches.</p> <p>Nous cherchons des doctorant-e-s capables de mener à bien un projet de thèse s’inscrivant dans la thématique générale du programme de recherche transnational »La bureaucratisation des sociétés africaines«. Les pratiques bureaucratiques sont omniprésentes dans notre vie quotidienne. Souvent liées à l’État, elles vont bien au-delà de la sphère publique. Ce programme s’intéresse, entre outre, à des pratiques bureaucratiques dans les secteurs suivants, sans que cette liste soit exhaustive:</p> <ul> <li>le foncier</li> <li>le transport</li> <li>la mobilité</li> <li>la migration</li> <li>la sécurité et surveillance</li> <li>les entreprises</li> <li>les ONGs</li> <li>les organisations et associations (sociales, économiques, commerciales, sportives, religieuses, culturelles)</li> <li>l’assistance médicale et le système de santé</li> <li>l’enseignement</li> <li>les politiques de »développement«</li> <li>les organisations internationales</li> <li>l’Etat et/ou la citoyenneté</li> <li>les communautés urbaines et/ou rurales</li> <li>la gestion des villages ou quartiers</li> <li>les partis politiques, les élections</li> <li>la gestion publique</li> <li>le travail (formel et informel), l’emploi et le chômage</li> </ul> <p>Les projets éligibles peuvent s’attacher à toute région en Afrique et/ou à la diaspora africaine et à toute période du passé et du présent (notamment 18e au 21e siècles).</p> <p>Les projets de recherche au sein du programme analysent les pratiques bureaucratiques (tels que la mise en place de registres, la rédaction de rapports, de correspondances, et des certificats), les technologies et procédures bureaucratiques (les chiffres, le papier, les systèmes de classement, les formulaires, les pièces d’identités etc.), les lieux et les espaces de production bureaucratique (le bureau, les voies de transmission des écrits bureaucratiques), mais aussi la dimension symbolique des pratiques bureaucratiques, les artefacts bureaucratiques, la représentation des pratiques bureaucratiques et leurs mise en scène. Les projets éligibles s’inscrivent dans le cadre d’une des trois axes de recherche du programme, (i) la bureaucratisation de la sphère politique, (ii) de la sphère économique et/ou (iii) de la sphère sociale et/ou religieuse.</p> <h1>Informations sur les institutions</h1> <p>L’Institut historique allemand (IHA) est membre de la fondation Max Weber. L’institut &oelig;uvre dans le champ de l’histoire française, franco-allemande, et ouest-européenne. Récemment, la focale géographique s’est élargie à l’Afrique subsaharienne. Dans ce cadre, ce programme de recherche a débuté à Dakar.</p> <p>Le Centre de recherches sur les politiques sociales (CREPOS), basé à l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) et l’Université Gaston Berger (UGB), est une organisation de recherches créée par des enseignant-e-s et des chercheurs et chercheuses soucieux de contribuer, de manière durable, à la production et au renouvellement des savoirs sur le Sénégal et la sous-région ouest africaine.</p> <p>Le programme »La bureaucratisation des sociétés africaines« repose sur une coopération entre l’IHA et CREPOS. Il est accompagné par un réseau international (Institut des études africaines de l’université Humboldt de Berlin, Programme Point Sud-Bamako – Université Goethe Francfort-sur-le-Main, Centre de recherches internationales de Sciences Po à Paris et la chaire d’études africaines comparées de l’Université Mohamed VI Polytechnique à Rabat).</p> <h1 style="text-align: left;" align="center">Calendrier</h1> <ul> <li><strong>Début de la bourse : 1er juillet 2018 </strong>(un début reporté de max. trois mois peut être envisagé)</li> <li><strong>Durée : </strong>24 mois, prolongeable de 12 mois après une évaluation positive</li> <li> <h3>Date limite de candidature : 9 mai 2018</h3> </li> </ul> <h1>Conditions contractuelles et missions </h1> <ul> <li>Les doctorant-e-s sélectionné-e-s bénéficieront d’une bourse de deux ans, prolongeable pour une période de 12 mois après une évaluation positive. Des informations supplémentaires sur le montant de la bourse et sur les avantages sont à la disposition des candidat-e-s en adressant un mail à la directrice administrative de l’IHA, Maren Dehne : MDehne@dhi-paris.fr.</li> <li>Les doctorant-e-s sélectionné-e-s seront principalement basé-e-s à Dakar, où ils/elles bénéficieront de l’appui logistique du programme et de son réseau international. Ils/Elles pourront effectuer des missions de recherche en Europe et en Afrique et participer à des colloques et d’autres manifestations scientifiques hors du Sénégal.</li> <li>Les doctorant-e-s s’engagent à mener à bien leur projet de recherche doctorale, à participer aux activités collectives d’animation scientifique prévues par le programme et à leur organisation. Ils/Elles établiront deux fois par année un rapport d’activité à destination du programme.</li> </ul> <h1>Critères de sélection</h1> <ul> <li>La qualité du projet de recherche, son originalité, son adéquation au programme collectif.</li> <li>Le profil académique et les aptitudes du/de la candidat/e.</li> <li>Les compétences linguistiques (la maîtrise du français est indispensable, celle de l’anglais et/ou de l’allemand est un atout).</li> <li>La détermination à travailler en équipe et à prendre des initiatives.</li> </ul> <h1>Dossier de candidature</h1> <ul> <li>Une copie du diplôme de master 2 ou un diplôme équivalent ou une attestation (provisoire) de réussite du master 2.</li> <li>Une lettre de motivation (indiquer aussi votre adresse email et numéro de téléphone).</li> <li>Un curriculum vitae.</li> <li>Un projet de recherche, rédigé en français ou en anglais, comprenant: <ul> <li>un titre, suffisamment clair et précis pour évoquer l’objectif principal de la recherche;</li> <li>un résumé (150 mots);</li> <li>la présentation du projet de recherche (environ 2 500 mots): (a) un exposé de la problématique, des objectifs et des hypothèses de la recherche, construit sur la base d’un état de l’art; (b) la présentation de la méthodologie et des sources envisagées;</li> <li>une bibliographie (pas plus d’une page).</li> <li>Une lettre d’accord et de référence du (futur) directeur/de la (future) directrice de thèse à la participation du candidat au programme.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Le dossier de candidature devra être envoyé sous forme électronique en un seul fichier pdf au service candidatures de l’IHA: bewerbung@dhi-paris.fr.</p> <p><strong>La date limite de réception des candidatures est fixée au 9 mai 2018. </strong></p> <p>La bourse sera offerte sous réserve de l’inscription en thèse.</p> <h1>Comité de sélection et procédure</h1> <p>Le comité de sélection comprend un/une délégué/e de chaque institution membre du programme (IHA, CREPOS, Point Sud, Univ. Humboldt, CERI-Sciences Po, Univ. Mohamed VI), Séverine Awenengo Dalberto (coordinatrice de l’axe 1 et membre du comité de pilotage) et Susann Baller (directrice du programme).</p> <p>La sélection se fait en deux phases : (i) Le comité de sélection fait une pré-sélection à base des dossiers écrits. (ii) Les candidat-e-s présélectionné-e-s sont invité-e-s à un entretien avec les membres du comité de sélection (soit sur place ou par skype).
