Perfect JSAT Group has established a governance system related to sustainability, with the Sustainability Committee at the center. The Sustainability Committee formulates policies and targets related to sustainability and identifies and evaluates each measure. Matters discussed at the Sustainability Committee are regularly reported to the Board of Directors by the Committee Chair, who is responsible for Corporate Administration. Important matters are approved after discussion by the directors ensuring the system that supervision by directors is appropriately measured. <br><br>Regarding sustainability risks and opportunities, the Corporate Planning Division, which is responsible for formulating strategies and action plans for achieving materiality, and related departments are working together to identify, evaluate, and consider and implement measures.
