ABSTRACT The basic skills of reading, writing and numeracy enable the individual to be autonomous in various situations of daily life. In the professional sphere, with the constant organizational changes and the increased mechanization of production processes, skills acquired by workers quickly become obsolete, hence the need for a method that takes into account the current needs of workers. In order to deal with this concern of illiteracy in the workplace, an innovative approach, called alpha-training engineering, has been introduced. In order to deal with this concern of illiteracy in the workplace, an innovative approach, called alpha-training engineering, has been introduced.
