Ambedkar University Delhi (established by the Government of NCT of Delhi), India, specialising in Instructional Design. He is the Chairperson of the Committee to facilitate the adoption of MOOCs for SWAYAM at the University. </div> <div> </div> <div> <div>Earlier, he served as an Associate Professor of Educational Technology and Learning Resources at the Wawasan Open University, Malaysia. He is an OER Ambassador for Open Education Resource (OER) Foundation, New Zealand.
