<p>維基百科仰賴民眾協作，因此需要有心人舉辦主題聚、編輯松，趁聚會交流一同產出品質更好地條目。而對於長期參與女性維基社群-薇姬的房間的核心成員團團來說，聚會的成員不只是編輯伙伴而已，更是她最重要的朋友。今天我們通過她，聊聊薇姬的房間裡不為人知的魅力。</p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>互相支持的力量</strong></h2> <p>2015年，還是維基新手的團團看到在回家路上會經過的薇姬聚會活動，促使團團開始投入女性的條目書寫。剛開始她只是享受參與維基百科活動所學習到不同領域的新知識、撰寫條目的成就感而隨著與其他薇姬成員的互動交流，大家逐漸變得熟悉，對於參與聚會活動逐漸產生歸屬感。</p> <p>薇姬聚會的慣例是大家會先自我介紹（順便分享近況）後才開始寫條目。因著個人的生命歷程，大家分享的話題相當多元，譬如：曾經有名薇姬夥伴分享正在轉職找新工作，大家就開始交流轉職相關的經驗跟觀察，有夥伴分享時談到上了年紀的女性在求職市場上更不容易受到青睞，團團也向大家分享過去轉職的經驗，引發不少共鳴。此外，團團遭逢父喪時，薇姬夥伴的關心與扶持，是走出難關的一大助力過。</p> <p>長期的交流與互助，薇姬們漸漸從單純的寫作夥伴，昇華為人生的朋友。團團說：「我在創傷主題的書籍中得知健康的人際關係是創傷得以復原的重要因素。但過去的我雖然人生不同階段都有好朋友，卻很難維繫。多數時候我缺乏定時與朋友聯繫、相聚的動力，薇姬聚成為困境解方之一。」</p> <p>當然，條目編輯仍是參加聚會的核心。有一次，她們發現臺灣京劇演員「<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E9%AD%8F%E6%B5%B7%E6%95%8F">魏海敏</a>」雖然頗具聲望，條目內容卻很少，因此決定分工合作補充：透過在藝術領域工作的薇姬牽線，得到豐富的報章雜誌報導等相關資料，重新擬定條目段落後大家各自認領，團團選擇幫忙編寫魏海敏拜入梅門的經歷。原先只有短短幾行字的條目，在眾人齊心添加家庭背景、京劇生涯、藝術貢獻等內容後，逐漸豐富起來。</p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>不是不夠好而是沒發現自己的好</strong></h2> <p>有薇姬們的溫暖相伴，團團參與了2015年至今的多數。也趁這段專屬女性的時光，書寫更多婦女議題。過去她注意到臺灣的女權運動者<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E5%BD%AD%E5%A9%89%E5%A6%82">彭婉如</a>，原先條目只夠有紀錄1996年不幸遇難的過程。她為此跑去翻閱她的書籍《堅持走完婦運的路》，補上後世影響–在社會壓力下，《性侵害犯罪防治法》、學校需有兩性平等教育委員會等一系列保護婦女的法案通過，以及彭婉如基金會的創辦。</p> <p>而諾貝爾化學獎得主<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%8F%8D%E5%A6%AE%E5%BC%97%C2%B7%E9%81%93%E5%BE%B7%E7%BA%B3">道德納</a>，則是她近期的寫作目標。查詢道德納的文獻時，有一段提到一位在她早期職涯碰到的女性教授優異表現，讓她相信女性也能在較常被視為由男性主導的學術界取得成功，「這讓我想到二十幾歲時，內心也常常是充滿徬徨的。」團團似乎回憶起過往，繼續補充：</p> <p>「臺灣雖然已是性別意識走比較前面的亞洲國家，但大多女性還是容易覺得『我不夠好』」。她將持續支持社群友善的文化，享受薇姬的真誠氛圍，透過撰寫女性條目，讓更多在不同領域發光發熱的女性能被更多人知道，並希望覺得還自己不夠好的人們，總有一天都能發自內心的覺得自己其實很棒。</p> <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img <p>團團補充：大多數在家裡參加線上聚會的時候，飯糰（我養的貓）會在旁邊陪我，有時在自我介紹或是大合照時，他也會來湊熱鬧～我在編輯（做事）的時候，他常在旁邊睡覺，忍不住的時候會過來撒嬌、叫我陪他玩。某種程度上，也是要感謝他的包容，讓我這個奴才可以做這些他應該覺得很無趣的事情XD</p>
