valign="top"><p>1、若参展公司未能在合同规定期限内支付相应款项，则视为自动放弃所预定之展台，本合同自动失效；<br /> 2、若非主办单位原因，参展公司不得中途退展；如确需退展，则所付费用将不得延期和退还；<br /> 3、参展公司不得在原展台基础上减小面积，如确需减小，则由主办单位统一另行安排其它展台；<br /> 4、参展公司所租之展台不得转租或转让给其他公司，否则主办单位有权收回展台，且不退还参展费用；<br /> 5、参展公司之产品不属假冒伪劣，或侵权及涉嫌侵权产品，属合法经营，并属于本展的参展范围，否则主办单位有权收回展台，且不退还参展费用；<br /> 备注：<br />
