class="introduce">核心提示:中国科学院化学研究所有机固体院重点实验室研究员董焕丽课题组围绕发展光电性能优异的2DCPs半导体材料开展了研究。</div><div id="content"><div class="content" id="article"><p> <span style="text-indent: 2em;">二维共轭聚合物(2DCPs)是一类新型的半导体材料体系。2DCPs独特的拓展二维共轭结构,预示着优异的光电特性,在有机电子学领域颇具应用前景。然而,目前报道的多数2DCPs材料的光电性能相对较差,以及具有强荧光特性的二维共轭聚合物半导体方面的报道较少。该类材料荧光猝灭的原因是2DCPs体系中紧密的层间π-π堆叠使其能量耗散严重,导致其不发光或者荧光特性差。</span></p> <p>中国科学院化学研究所有机固体院重点实验室研究员董焕丽课题组围绕发展光电性能优异的2DCPs半导体材料开展了研究。近日,董焕丽团队提出了利用侧链工程调控制备强荧光2DCPs半导体材料的新策略。研究以三聚茚分子作为优异的荧光基元,引入不同长度的烷基侧链作为层间距调控基团,通过动态界面Glaser-Hay偶联反应制备得到荧光性能优异的2DCPs薄膜,且荧光量子产率高达14.6%。荧光2DCPs薄膜材料具有面内各向同性的超长准二维激子扩散长度,最大值接近110 nm,表明2DCPs薄膜中有效拓展的二维π共轭结构特征,显示出潜在的载流子输运性能。该工作为强荧光半导体2DCPs薄膜的合成提供了有效途径,并为该类材料在光电器件等领域的研究和应用提供了工具和手段。</p> <p>相关研究成果发表在CCS Chemistry上。研究工作得到国家自然科学基金委员会、科学技术部和北京分子科学国家研究中心的支持。</p>
